Since the opening of Prada Foundation, one of the most exquisite Italian brands, in 2015, the area has experienced an exponential growth (and so do the rental prices). The area is quiet and it's surrounded by transport links. There are also some parks and gardens spread around the neighbourhood, where you can go for a run or enjoy the sunny days.
