Part of the Salamanca district, Guindalera is a wealthy residential neighbourhood. This is one of the most popular areas for IE Business School students. Many parts of Guindalera are within walking distance of campus or just a short Metro or bus ride away, thus becoming very attractive for the students of this university. Guindalera accommodates the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas, the city’s famous bullring. Even if you are not a fan of a bullfight, you can go to a concert in Las Ventas. In Avenida de América, you can get ALSA buses to travel other cities in Spain such as Barcelona or Málaga.
Many students from the IE live in here.
Plaza de Toros de las Ventas even if you don't like bullfighting, the building is beautiful on its own.
With the beauty of the neighbourhood,
The University becomes a central point of the neighbourhood's life.
