ESADE has two campuses located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Torre Blanca Avenue) and Pedralbes. ESADE premises in Sant Cugat are a 15 minute walk from the train station connecting this area with Barcelona. Pedralbes campus has a metro stop (Maria Cristina) just 500 meters away.
Sant Cugat del Vallés, to the north of Barcelona, has good public transport links to the city center. ESADECREAPOLIS, an interesting initiative that combines the best of a technology park with the best of a science park, is located there.
If you study in the campus of Sant Cugat and you are looking for accommodation in Barcelona well connected to the university, the best areas to live are Sarrià and Gràcia. The train ride from Sarrià to Sant Cugat takes only 16 minutes ( lines S1, S2 or S5 ). From Gràcia station to Sant Cugat it takes about 22 minutes ( lines S1 and S2 ) .
Pedralbes campus is located near the Diagonal Avenue in one of best residential areas of Barcelona and surrounded by parks and green areas. ESADE is well connected to both the airport and Barcelona city center.
If you are going to study in this campus of ESADE, the closest neighborhood to look for accommodation is Les Corts, since you can make the journey to the university on foot in 20-30 minutes. If you prefer, you can shorten the journey by doing a little part by metro (Les Corts to Palau Reial by metro line 3).
Another good option to look for accommodation close to the university is Sant Gervasi. The train journey (line 6) from La Bonanova to Reina Elisenda takes only five minutes, and after, 11 more minutes on foot to reach the campus. You can also take the bus 68 from the via Augusta-Ganduxer until avenida d’Espluges-avenida Pearson and walk the last stretch. It takes about 25 minutes to get to ESADE.
