Amazing!

The place is very nice, spacious, and luminous. You will find everything you need to cook and live. In addition the apartement is located in a secure area, close to a beautiful park. I went to politecnico by foot every day (~15 min). I liked particularly the family-friendly environment in the house. I would strongly recommend the apartment to everyone.

Most positive: - Small building of 5/ 6 units and a 'family' like environment/ community of wonderful people. - Proximity to MIP/ Polimi in a safe Bovisa neighbourhood to walk to the University. - Apartment super clean and in great condition, perfect for semester stay as Student. - Tons of storage spaces, wall units and cupboards for all your needs in kitchen and bedroom. - Beautiful well maintained garden, fishpond and patio great to have friends over to barbecue. - Wonderful to have 99% of things you need there contained in unit, especially washing machine. To be mentioned in original advert: - proximity to train tracks (important for light sleepers) + ongoing construction around - no iron, kettle or microwave - should bring own if needed - total utility bill balance is only confirmed at end of stay and not on monthly basis One of the best places I have ever rented at/ stayed.
