The landlord simply didn’t respond in time. This can happen because they were away, didn’t see the notification, or received too many requests at once.<\/p>\n No \u2014 you are never charged when a booking request expires.<\/strong> Your payment details were required when you submitted the request, but no money is taken unless the landlord accepts.
