This is the 24-hour safety period<\/a> \u2014 it gives you time to check the property and report any issues before the landlord receives their money.<\/p>\n Immediately after confirmation, Uniplaces sends you an email containing:<\/p>\n Check your spam folder if the confirmation email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.<\/strong> If it’s still not there after 10 minutes, contact the Uniplaces support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n Once you’ve received your confirmation email, there are a few things worth doing straight away:<\/p>\n All your booking information is available in your Personal Dashboard at any time. From there you can access your booking details, download documents, and manage your account.<\/p>\n The Personal Dashboard is your single source of truth<\/strong> for everything related to your booking \u2014 payment history, landlord contact details, and move-in information are all stored there.<\/p>\n Date changes after confirmation require agreement from both you and the landlord. Contact Uniplaces support to request a date change \u2014 do not arrange this directly with the landlord outside the platform, as it may affect your UniTrust Guarantee protection.<\/p>\n Send them a message through Uniplaces first. If you don’t get a response within 48 hours of your booking being confirmed, contact the Uniplaces support team and they’ll help you get in touch.<\/p>\n Yes \u2014 your payment receipt is available in your Personal Dashboard under booking details. You can download it at any time for your records or expense claims.<\/p>\n You can cancel by contacting our support team.
