They are not typically negotiable. If a policy doesn’t suit you, look for a listing with a more flexible tier.<\/p>\n If the landlord cancels, you receive a full refund including the service fee. Uniplaces will also help you find an alternative listing if the cancellation happens close to your move-in date. For Instant Booking listings, check the policy carefully before confirming, as payment is taken immediately and the standard refund windows apply from that moment.<\/p>\n Non-refundable listings do not offer refunds for tenant cancellations at any point, no matter how far in advance you cancel.<\/p>\n Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
