Cancel less than 30 days before move-in and no refund applies.<\/p>\n Strict policies are typically set by landlords in high-demand markets \u2014 cities like Lisbon, Madrid and Barcelona during peak season \u2014 where re-letting at short notice is difficult.<\/p>\n Non-refundable listings offer no refund regardless of when you cancel<\/strong> \u2014 even if you cancel the same day you booked. These listings typically have the lowest advertised rent to reflect this restriction. Only book a Non-refundable listing if you’re completely certain of your plans.<\/p>\n The cancellation policy is shown on every listing page in the pricing section before you book. They are not typically negotiable. If a policy doesn’t suit you, look for a listing with a more flexible tier.<\/p>\n If the landlord cancels, you receive a full refund including the service fee. For Instant Booking listings, check the policy carefully before confirming, as payment is taken immediately and the standard refund windows apply from that moment.<\/p>\n Non-refundable listings do not offer refunds for tenant cancellations at any point.
