You can cancel a confirmed booking before move-in from your Personal Dashboard. Your refund eligibility depends on when you cancel and the cancellation policy that applies to your listing.<\/p>\n

  5. Confirm the cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. If a refund applies, it will be returned to your original payment method within the timeframe stated in your cancellation policy.<\/p>\n
