Ton premier mois de loyer arrive 24 heures apr\u00e8s l&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement du locataire.<\/p>\n<h2>Actions imm\u00e9diates apr\u00e8s acceptation<\/h2>\n<p>Au moment o\u00f9 tu acceptes une demande de r\u00e9servation, plusieurs choses se produisent automatiquement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le paiement du locataire est trait\u00e9 \u2014 premier mois de loyer plus les frais de service Uniplaces<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9servation est confirm\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me et les dates sont bloqu\u00e9es sur ton calendrier<\/li>\n<li>Tu re\u00e7ois un e-mail avec les coordonn\u00e9es du locataire et un r\u00e9capitulatif de la r\u00e9servation<\/li>\n<li>Le locataire re\u00e7oit un e-mail de confirmation avec tes coordonn\u00e9es et les informations d&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tu n&#8217;as besoin d&#8217;effectuer aucune action manuelle<\/strong> \u2014 le paiement, la confirmation et les notifications se font tous automatiquement d\u00e8s que tu cliques sur Accepter.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelles informations tu re\u00e7ois<\/h2>\n<p>Ton e-mail de confirmation de r\u00e9servation inclut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le nom complet du locataire, son adresse e-mail et son num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/li>\n<li>Ses dates confirm\u00e9es d&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement et de d\u00e9part<\/li>\n<li>Un r\u00e9capitulatif de la r\u00e9servation et les d\u00e9tails du paiement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tu peux aussi acc\u00e9der \u00e0 toutes ces informations \u00e0 tout moment depuis ton <strong>Tableau de bord personnel \u2192 R\u00e9servations \u2192 s\u00e9lectionne la r\u00e9servation confirm\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Quand es-tu pay\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Uniplaces transf\u00e8re ton premier mois de loyer <strong>24 heures apr\u00e8s l&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement de ton locataire.<\/strong> Cette p\u00e9riode de conservation donne au locataire le temps de v\u00e9rifier le bien et de signaler tout probl\u00e8me durant la p\u00e9riode de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Si aucun probl\u00e8me n&#8217;est signal\u00e9 dans les 24 heures suivant la date d&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement, le transfert est effectu\u00e9 automatiquement. <strong>Tu n&#8217;as rien \u00e0 faire pour d\u00e9clencher le paiement<\/strong> \u2014 il se fait en arri\u00e8re-plan tant que tout est en ordre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les paiements mensuels suivants, si la Collecte du loyer est activ\u00e9e sur ton annonce, le loyer t&#8217;est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 automatiquement chaque mois.
