Tu peux aussi consulter toutes les demandes en attente \u00e0 tout moment directement depuis ton Tableau de bord personnel.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment tu es notifi\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Quand un locataire t&#8217;envoie une demande de r\u00e9servation, Uniplaces t&#8217;envoie imm\u00e9diatement une notification par e-mail \u00e0 ton adresse e-mail enregistr\u00e9e avec tous les d\u00e9tails de la demande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tu disposes de 48 heures maximum pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 la demande est envoy\u00e9e.<\/strong> Si tu ne r\u00e9ponds pas dans ce d\u00e9lai, la demande expire automatiquement et le locataire n&#8217;est pas d\u00e9bit\u00e9. Assure-toi que tes param\u00e8tres de notification sont activ\u00e9s pour ne jamais manquer une demande.<\/p>\n<h2>O\u00f9 voir les demandes de r\u00e9servation<\/h2>\n<p>Toutes les demandes de r\u00e9servation en attente sont visibles dans ton <strong>Tableau de bord personnel<\/strong>. Connecte-toi sur ap.uniplaces.com et va dans <strong>R\u00e9servations<\/strong> pour voir une liste compl\u00e8te des demandes en attente, confirm\u00e9es et pass\u00e9es. S\u00e9lectionne n&#8217;importe quelle demande pour voir tous les d\u00e9tails et r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<p>Tu peux aussi r\u00e9pondre directement depuis l&#8217;e-mail de notification \u2014 clique sur le lien dans l&#8217;e-mail pour aller directement \u00e0 la demande dans ton tableau de bord.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelles informations contient la demande ?<\/h2>\n<p>Quand tu ouvres une demande de r\u00e9servation, tu peux voir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nom et profil du locataire<\/strong> \u2014 son nom, sa photo de profil et une courte bio<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type de locataire<\/strong> \u2014 s&#8217;il est \u00e9tudiant, participant Erasmus, stagiaire ou jeune professionnel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dates propos\u00e9es<\/strong> \u2014 ses dates demand\u00e9es d&#8217;emm\u00e9nagement et de d\u00e9part<\/li>\n<li><strong>Message personnel<\/strong> \u2014 une courte pr\u00e9sentation du locataire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tu ne peux pas contacter le locataire directement avant d&#8217;accepter la demande.<\/strong> Si tu as des questions sur une demande sp\u00e9cifique, contacte l&#8217;\u00e9quipe service client Uniplaces et ils prendront contact avec le locataire en ton nom.<\/p>\n<h2>Combien de temps as-tu pour r\u00e9pondre ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tu disposes d&#8217;exactement <strong>48 heures<\/strong> pour accepter, refuser ou sugg\u00e9rer de nouvelles dates pour chaque demande de r\u00e9servation. Si tu ne r\u00e9ponds pas dans ce d\u00e9lai, la demande expire automatiquement \u2014 le locataire n&#8217;est pas d\u00e9bit\u00e9 et ton annonce reste disponible.<\/p>\n<p>Bon \u00e0 savoir : ton taux de r\u00e9ponse est suivi par Uniplaces. <strong>Un taux de r\u00e9ponse \u00e9lev\u00e9 am\u00e9liore la visibilit\u00e9 de ton annonce dans les r\u00e9sultats de recherche.<\/strong> R\u00e9pondre rapidement \u2014 id\u00e9alement en quelques heures \u2014 signale aux locataires et \u00e0 l&#8217;algorithme que tu es un bailleur actif et fiable.<\/p>\n<h2>Que se passe-t-il si tu manques le d\u00e9lai ?<\/h2>\n<p>Si le d\u00e9lai de 48 heures passe sans r\u00e9ponse, la demande de r\u00e9servation expire. Le locataire re\u00e7oit une notification automatique et est libre de chercher une autre annonce.
