The Universidad Europea de Madrid has two campuses, located in Villaviciosa de Odón and Alcobendas. The campus of Villaviciosa has a bus stop (line 518), which connects with Príncipe Pío, very close to the Royal Palace and the Plaza de Oriente. The closest metro stop to the Alcobendas campus is La Moraleja, on line 10.

When looking for rooms and apartments for students near the campus of Villaviciosa you can choose to live in that town, although you may want to choose neighborhoods in Madrid that are well connected with the university. If so, the best option is to look for a room in the areas near Príncipe Pío, as well as the southern part of Argüelles, as it has good communications by bus. The bus line 518 runs the Principe Pio-Villaviciosa de Odón route.

Alcobendas is a city of more than 100 000 inhabitants with many residential areas, so it can also be a good idea to look for accommodation there. If you prefer to live in Madrid, but do not want to take that much time commuting to the, one can choose the northern neighorhoods, such as Fuencarral or Tetuan.

The metro ride from Fuencarral (line 10) to La Moraleja takes about 15 minutes. From there you can continue on foot (25 minutes) or take bus number 2, which runs the Alcobendas-La Moraleja route. If you live in Tetuán you can go to the faculty in Alcobendas by bus. Line 193 covers the route Plaza de Castilla-Alcobendas (Avda. Olímpica) and takes 41 minutes. From the neighborhood of La Paz (Tetuan district) you can also go to Alcobendas with bus number 192 from Paseo de la Castellana-La Paz Hospital, which takes 33 minutes.

If you prefer to live in the center of Madrid, you have the option to take the Cercanías train from Sol (C4) to Alcobendas-San Sebastián de los Reyes station in less than 30 minutes and then take the urban bus number 9 to go to the EMU .
