The accommodation is located in Vigonza, which is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Padua and on the direct route to Venice and Treviso. The accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is possible to park for free on the street in the large car park in front of the Residence. The internal space The 100 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (3 steps to access it). The internal space is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, Smart TV and dining table; - LIVABLE KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), "32 inch" Smart TV and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds (two single beds that can be joined into a double bed on request) and wardrobe; - BATHROOM I with shower, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM II with shower, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited wifi, two split A/C (ONLY in the corridor), washing machine (in the smaller bathroom), underfloor heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer. Guests' access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Please note that the entrance to the apartment is shared with three other units in the condominium. For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
