From Malasaña you can reach Pontificia on the metro line 2 that goes from Santo Domingo to San Bernardo and then walk a few minutes (14 minutes total). From Embajadores you can take the metro line 3 to Ventura Rodríguez and then finish the route by foot. The journey takes less than 20 minutes.
