Appealing studio in a student residence, near University Of Surrey

Step outside your student accommodation and stroll into town to discover Guildford’s history. Climb the tower of Guildford Castle for incredible views of the surrounding countryside, then see the archeological exhibits at Guildford Museum. Afterward, hit the shops in The Friary, or pack a picnic and spend the afternoon relaxing on the lawns at Stoke Park. Head back home to get ready for a night of dinner, drinks and dancing at Five & Lime Bar. It’s a 10-minute walk to University of Surrey from your student room at Scape Guildford. If you’re studying at Guildford School of Acting you can walk there in 15 minutes, or get there in 10 if you go by bus. At Scape Guildford you can choose to have your own space in a studio, or choose an ensuite room, complete with a power shower, in a male- or female-only apartment. If you opt for a studio you’ll have your own kitchen and living area, otherwise, you’ll share a kitchen, dining area, and lounge with your flatmates. There are lots of great social spaces, too. Work with friends in the study area, then kick back in the games room lounge. On sunny days, take your books outside to work in the courtyard. There’s laundry where you can keep your clothes clean, and you can also pay a little extra to have your room cleaned regularly. Security is a priority: there’s CCTV and controlled entry.
