All of them included access to a private gym, cinema room, study rooms, resident lounge and roof terraces for one fully inclusive price. Please note the deposit must be paid directly to the landlord on 1st August and the admin fee up to 5 days after the landlord receives the registration details, which will be returned by the end of tenancy accordingly with conditions respected on the landlord's contract. Contracts always start on 2nd September, having the maximum stay for 38 weeks and 51 weeks only for Premium Studio and Premium Studio for 2. Please note the images are representative and the disposition of the bedrooms may vary. Please note that for Classic and Premium Studio for 2 people, the price is already for two people. It is highly recommended that you book for two, otherwise you will be required to pay the full monthly rent.
