Ausgezogen in Juni 2020 · 20 bis 29 Jahre · MasterstudentProximity to Alameda metro was definitely a plus. Having an en-suite bathroom is great. The single bedroom is really tiny, humidity is a problem (but in Lisbon almost every building doesn't have radiators), pots and pans need an upgrade.

The accomodation is close to the Metro Alameda so very well located. It's very easy to go to the city center, to the airport or anywhere in Lisbon. You reach Tecnico Lisboa in 10 minutes by foot. There are 2 complete pack of towels, bath mat and sheets, thus it's easy to wash the whole. There are widely enough dishes and things to cook for 3 people but some objects had a long real-life experience! The room is fresh, so it's very pleasant in summer. I have to point out that the room gives onto a little frequented street which is sometimes noisy, but it is not too disturbing. The price I paid (410e/month) is very affordable. I really recommend you this room.
