Introduction
Additional fees and costs must be paid at least 7 days before the start of the contract, otherwise the reservation will be considered canceled by the tenant, meaning the first payment made to Uniplaces will not be refunded. All the properties are for single occupancy, couples are not allowed.
Rent Account
- Other expenses: 50€ per guest, per month
- Waste disposal fee & other indivisible services (billed at the end of the year and at the end of the stay): 9€ per month:
- The price shown in the listing is valid until 31st August 2021. From 1st September 2021 the accommodation provider will apply a 50% increase on the listing’s price.
First Payment
- The first rent payment will be paid on a pro-rata basis (therefore if you move in on the 20th of June, the first month's rent will be just 10 days: from 20th-30th June)
- Registration fee : 1% of annual rent;
- Contract stamps : 32€
- Invoice stamp : 2€
Stays from 1-2 months
- Deposit : 1 month rent
Stays from 3-5 months
- Deposit : 1 month rent
- Administrative fee : 91,50 € (75€ + VAT)
Stays from 6 or longer
- Deposit : 2 months’ rent
- Admin fee : 91,50 € (75€ + VAT)
Each payment must be completed on the first day of the month at the latest.
The following fees and costs are not included in the monthly rent :
Contract termination fee : 67€
Admin termination fee : 91,50 € (€75 + VAT)

A copy of their identity card or passport.
