The campus of the Business School EAE in Madrid is located in the district of El Viso, belonging to the Chamartín district. It is located in the Joaquín Costa street, very close to the Nuevos Ministerios-Paseo de la Castellana axis, and has a metro stop a few meters away (República Argentina, line 6).
When looking for rooms for students or apartments near the EAE consider the following areas:
Guindalera: is located south of El Viso, just two metro stops on line 6 (Diego de León).
Lista: very convenient location, since the route to the SE from the Lista stop (line 4) lasts only 14 minutes.
Almagro: is located to the west of the Paseo de la Castellana. From the Church stop (line 1) to República Argentina it takes 22 minutes by metro.
Trafalgar: you can go from the Quevedo stop (line 2) to República Argentina in just 19 minutes.
Ríos Rosas: The metro ride from Ríos Rosas (line 1) lasts only 16 minutes.
Tetuán: located north of Rios Rosas, allows to move in 23 minutes to the EAE from the stop Tetuán (line 1).
If you are looking for central areas to look for a room that have a young vibe and are well connected with the EAE in public transport you can consider neighborhoods like Malasaña, Sol or Lavapiés. In both areas there is a great variety of apartments, rooms and even studios for students.
From the stop of Plaza de España (line 10) you reach Argentina Republic in just 21 minutes. If you live in the area of Sol you have two options to go to the EAE: go in neighborhoods (C4) to Nuevos Ministerios and change to subway line 6 (16 minutes) or carry out the entire subway (23 minutes). Living in Lavapiés is very convenient, since you can go to the EAE by metro (line 3 and then 6) in 30 minutes.
