The place is perfectly located, 200m from the SALDANHA subway, with all commodities supermarkets, bakery, all around the building. The building patio is accessible only to guests from the ground floor as long as they respect the quietness of the place. Parties on the patio or bringing people there from the outside is totally forbidden. Since it's a familly building, we ask guests to be respectful of the quietness.
