L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is located to the west of Barcelona and is the second most populated municipality of Catalonia. It is a mainly residential area, although you can mention several places of interest, such as La Atalaya, Casa la Harmony and the Llobregat River delta. UNIVERSITIES
Living in L'Hospitalet is especially convenient if you study at the UB campus of Bellvitge, since the metro line from Torrassa (line 1) lasts only 18 minutes. From L'Hospitalet you can reach Pompeu Fabra in 30 minutes with the R1 line from Cercanías to Blanes and then metro line 3 to Drassanes. L'Hospitalet is well connected by metro with the north and south campus of the Polytechnic University and several faculties of the Universitat de Barcelona, since the journey from Torrassa lasts only 20 minutes with the L9S line. Although the Universitat Autónoma is located some distance from the city of Barcelona, there are good connections by public transport from L'Hospitalet. From Torrassa you can arrive in an hour (line 1 of metro and S2 of Cercanías).

L'Hospitalet has very good transport connections , both with the city of Barcelona, and with other municipalities of the province. Rodalies de Catalunya communicates L'Hospitalet directly with Barcelona airport and four lines pass there (1, 3, 4 and 7). Five metro lines stop at L'Hospitalet (1, 5, 9, 10 and 9). The most important metro stops of the municipality are Torrassa (1, 9S) and Santa Eulalia (1).

The first month's rent is paid directly to Uniplaces and is transferred to your landlord 24 hours after you move in. After that, your monthly rent has to be paid directly to your landlord.
Remember that you also need to pay a security deposit and admin fee (if applicable) directly to your landlord on the day you check in.

Sometimes a booking might be cancelled unexpectedly. It may be related to your landlord or to the place you booked. Whatever the reason, you will be notified of the cancellation immediately.
If either your landlord or Uniplaces cancels your booking, you will be fully refunded, including the first month's rent, the Uniplaces service fee, and any deposit you may have paid. Depending on your payment method and bank account, the amount you paid should reach your bank account within 10 business days.
You might be contacted by a Uniplaces agent to help you find a new place. We will suggest similar places to the one you booked and make sure they match your original preferences.
In case no other similar place is available for the dates you selected, try editing your preferences. The less limited they are, the more likely you are to find a great place!
