Fortnightly

The type of contract applicable to each offer is selected by the Accommodation Provider.

Fortnightly contract refers to a contract type where you are charged per fortnight booked. What this means is that if you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for this period, and not for the entire month. Regardless of the contract type, at the moment of booking, the prices displayed to the student refer to the 1st rent's payment - corresponding to the first 30 days of contract charged.

Monthly

The type of contract applicable to each offer is selected by the Accommodation Provider.

Monthly contract refers to a contract type where full months are charged. In this case, if you move in to the property on a different date from the first day of the month, you will still be charged for the entire month, and not only the nights booked. This directly impacts the contract start date, which will always be the first day of the month.

Fixed

The type of contract applicable to each offer is selected by the Accommodation Provider.

Fixed contract refers to a contract type with fixed start and end dates, defined by the Accommodation Provider. In this case, you will always be charged with a full fixed period, despite the date you decide to move in. Regardless of the contract type, at the moment of booking, the prices displayed to the student refer to the 1st rent's payment - corresponding to the first 30 days of contract charged.

Pro rata

The type of contract applicable to each offer is selected by the Accommodation Provider.

Pro rata contract refers to a contract type where your rents are calculated in proportion to the days of your stay. What this means is that you pay the monthly rent for every full month that you stay, and on your first and last months you only pay for the days you are accommodated. Regardless of the contract type, at the moment of booking, the prices displayed to the student refer to the 1st rent’s payment - corresponding to the first 30 days of contract charged.
