Welcoming studio in a residence, in the Landstraße district

Please note in order to be accepted you must provide once the booking is accepted - before contract: questionnaire, photo ID (ID card/passport/driver's license), proof of income. To be paid once the booking is accepted on Uniplaces: three months’ rent deposit. After the booking is accepted, you must proceed with the registration process (sign the tenancy agreement and proceed with fees transfers such as 3 months rent deposit). The minimum stay is 12 months. Cleaning fee: 90€ at move out, deducted from deposit; Contract starts on the 1st or 15th of each month, move in twice a month and move out only at the end of the month – Rent paid by monthly. Parking and Storage are available as per extra fees payment directly with the residence.
