You will also be required to give a three-month notice to end your contract with the accommodation provider otherwise the contract will be automatically renewed for one year. The landlord will request the Italian tax code and a document (passport or ID) with the following information: residence address, nationality, student status, and city of birth. Please bear in mind that guests are required to have a residence permit and the Italian tax code to check-in. Check-in is not possible on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
