Cosy 3-bedroom apartment in beautiful Seville

The location is good if you have your own car: it is one of the rare places in Seville where you can find free parking space. Additionally, there are large supermarkets just across the road. The restaurants and a park of Gran Vía are nearby which was great. It takes about 20-35 minutes to go to the center by bus. I must say that the building and apartment are very old and in a quite poor condition: for example, when it was raining a lot, the ceiling started leaking (however, landlady took care of this immediately) and the toilet seat was broken, it was leaking. In the "master bedroom" there is a moldy-smell in the closets.
