If you move to Seville to continue your student adventure together with some friends, then this cozy apartment locatedon a pedestrian street in the Macarena neighborhood may be just what you are looking for. The location, near the Faculty of Medicine, as well as many transport links, commerce and green areas, is certainly worth a look. The apartment has three cozy bedrooms, a kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a bright living room with a relaxing atmosphere and a common bathroom. All rooms are cozy and ideal for any student. Wifi connection and water included in price. Butane gas is not necessary. Only electricity bill not included. The apartment has towels, sheets, blankets, comforters. You just need to come with your clothes. No families with children. For stays of less than 6 months, 60 will be paid for general cleaning when vacating the house. This building has no an elevator.

The place is just like the pictures, there is everything you might need for living. Everything was well cared. The place has a lot of services around, like markets, pharmacy, bus stops and small comerces. It was a very nice experience. - O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, não há nenhuma surpresa, possui tudo que se pode precisar durante a estadia. Tudo está bem cuidado. O apartamento tem inúmeros ´serviços ao redor, como mercados, farmacias, estações de transporte público e pequenos comércios. Foi uma ótima experiência nossa estadia.

Piso 100% recomendable. El piso está en excelentes condiciones, tiene de todo, la casera es muy atenta y si necesitas algo te lo consigue rápidamente. Cerquísima de la facultad de medicina, odontología, podología etc etc. Justo en frente del hospital y con un mercadona muy cerca. Pasan al lado de casa autobuses para el centro, puerta de jerez, alfalfa, plaza del duque, alameda etc etc. El autobús nocturno pasa al lado de casa, muy útil para regresar por la noche.
