Charming 2-bedroom apartment next to Universidad de Sevilla: Facultad de Bellas Artes

Il est bien situé. l'appartement est mal éclairé, le plafond est sale, l'aération de l'appartement est mauvaise étant donnée que les fenêtres ne donne pas sur les rues.

The apartment was good especially with two bedrooms and two bathrooms so that I could house guests. I did enjoy the oder part of Sevilla and the walk to the center near the Cathedral was less than 20 minutes. The courtyard was pleasant. The biggest drawback is the lack of natural light on the first floor. However, the advantage to me of being on the first floor outweighed climbing steps to higher floors were there was more light. Clothes dried quickly and thoroughly on the roof where there was plenty of sun. I would recommend a teapot for a tea drinker like me. My tea drinking neighbors made the same comment. Brits ought to appreciate that comment. Thank you for your good and patient assistance in securing this apartment.

The apartment itself was a little dark as the only outside widows open onto the courtyard. Having said this, you wouldn't be spending much time inside as we believed it was in the best area in Seville. Just a two minute walk away are new restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. Also the apartment doesn't have any Wifi but you learn to live without it. I would highly recommend staying here.
