This apartment is a spacious second-floor home with elevator access, located just 250 meters from the Cavour metro stop and a short walk from the Colosseum and Termini station. It features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with two sofas, and a comfortable eat-in kitchen. NOTE: Bills are not included in the monthly rent and need to be paid separately. Condominium fees and Wifi are fixed and equal to 200 Euros monthly. Mandatory monthly cleaning is 60 Euros. Other bills are to be paid on consumption.
