This elegant and fully renovated apartment is just 200 meters from the iconic Colosseum, offering comfort and style in the heart of Rome. Located on the first floor no lift, it features two main rooms, a cozy sitting area with a sofa, TV, and desk, and a larger space with a sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette, and bathroom with a shower an extra bed is available on request. NOTE: Bills are not included in the monthly rent and need to be paid separately. Condominium fees and Wifi are fixed and equal to 100 Euros monthly. Mandatory monthly cleaning is 40 Euros. Other bills are to be paid on consumption.
