It is not close to a metro, and there are only limited bus lines near the apartment. The tram served as my preferred mode of transportation. I recommend renting a place near a metro or a busy bus line. However, I was thoroughly unimpressed by the landlord of this apartment. Please INSIST for an english version of the rent contract and do not sign it unless you understand all the detail. Please read each month's invoice very carefully as I was accidentally charged for random issues each month. In the last month I detected 400 euros worth of accidental fees. On this Uniplaces' listing it says you are allowed overnight guests, however the landlord may charge extra or request government issue I.D of the person who is staying over. Also, try and avoid paying for extra services as he usually charges at an extremely inflated rate. This room was 675 euros a month (rent price + fixed bills) and an additional charge with unfixed bills, so the 600 euros/month stated on Uniplaces is way below what I actually had to pay. The landlord did not stock the apartment well, specifically the kitchen: there were no cutting boards, cheese graters, spatulas, mixing bowls. There was only one knife, one strainer, one pot, and two frying pans (keep in mind you are sharing the apartment with SIX other people). If you are paying such an expensive rent, the kitchen should be well-supplied. Not happy with the landlord and this location should be reviewed again.

Moved out in January 2019 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe room itself is really big and the bed is super comfy. There's heaps of cupboard and shelf space for clothing or items, and the desk to study at is really big. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of utensils but is quite big and the stove works great. The area is pretty quiet and easy to get to, with a bus stop about a 5 minute walk, and 10-15 min walk to the tram. And if you are attending luiss university the apartment is perfect as it's only a 6-7 minute walk, plus multiple supermarkets around.
