A Real Chalet with exposed beams and private garden ! The house is just above Trastevere. Its 85 m2 on three levels and comes with a big Living with sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The spiral staircase leads to the second floor that consists of a bedroom and a working room with windows on the roof. In the basement you will find a large cellar with toilet. The private garden will make your stay relaxed! The Chalet can host 4 persons and is located in front of Quattro Venti train line, close to John Cabot University and well connected to Gemelli, San Filippo Neri, Trastevere and Vatican City. Towels and Bed linen are included and the host will be available for any question or need during your stay! Internet, clima, heater and washing machine. All charges are included. Deposit of only 500 euros to be delivered upon arrival.
