Available a wonderful room in an elegant and cozy apartment! The apartment has a total of 6 bathrooms, 3 bathroom of which one is private and two are shared, a kitchen and a living room. The cost of bills is not included in rental price and is equal to 150 euros monthly, fixed cost. Exceptional location: Located in a safe neighbourhood full of services, a few steps from Villa Borghese.
