Stanza in appartamento bagno e cucina condivisa, la stanza ha la tv il tavolino per mangiare in privato e il frigo .La posizione è super il San Camillo a 200 metri, un garage a pagamento mensile o giornaliero a 200 metri, ufficio postale a 150 metri, supermercato conveniente a 250 metri, fermata bus sotto casa che porta al prestigioso e storico mercato di Piazza san Giovanni di Dio che sono tutti produttori con alimenti genuini. contornato da 4 o 5 supermercati uno più conveniente dell'altro raggiungibili a piedi o con una fermata di bus e con la fermata del bus a 2 metri dal portone per lUniversità Roma 3 e che scende a un cento metri,bus termini sotto casa. Costi di registrazione del contratto da dividere a metà tra proprietario ed inquilino 50 euro e sotto i 6 mesi le tasse sono al 21 e non al 10 e utenze forfettarie invece che divisibili come per contratti lungh
