About this apartment

The apartment is located in the Centocelle area, served by METRO C at 200 meters, tram terminus at 300 meters and buses under the house to easily reach Sapienza and other universities. The apartment consists of three bedrooms. The available room is 16 square meters and is equipped with several wardrobes, a desk, a LAN in the room with ultra-fast fiber optics and a TV connection. The property includes a bathroom with large shower and an equipped kitchen. EXPENSES INCLUDED utilities, condominium, water, waste tax, internet. ONLY IN THE WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER-APRIL THE MONTHLY COST OF HEATING MUST BE ADDED, divided equally among the tenants of the house. Final cleaning costs are not included and will be calculated at the time and deducted from the deposit, based on the condition in which the house is left. Compared to the photos, the furniture has been renovated.
