2 rooms in total70 Sq. Meeters apartment, very well connected with train every 5-10 minutes to main train station Roma Termini. Connection to La Sapienza and Tor Vergata University and Hospital, to ESA, Free hi speed WIFI, Two large rooms, a comfortable kitchen and a nice wide and silences patio on the back. The two bedrooms have air conditioning cool and heating. All services at walking distance. Ciampino Airport at 10 minutes by public transportation. Host does speak english and was himself a Student/worker abroad. He lives in a close flat in the same building. Please be aware the other room of the apartment might be occupied by another tenant, Condominium fee is not included in the rent. FREE CLEANING of the apartment every 2 weeks!!
