The whole property has a total capacity of 27 separate studios with their own bathroom, and the studio's size goes from 18m2 to 35m2. The tenants can also make use of a Laundry room with two washing machines free of charge and weekly cleaning of common areas. Please notice the deposit corresponds to 2 months rent and is required before arrival. If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied.
