Moved out in February 2019 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateRoom number 3 is spacious, and well furnished, but the mattress is really old and uncomfortable. The rest of the house, though, was not good at all. It looked much older and dirtier than in the pictures, specially the bathroom. The location is bad too, far from the center and bad connected to it. It is definetly not worth the price.

Moved out in February 2018 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateThe expenses were always over 100. We had to pay around 50€ extra every month. Even if you are not staying in the apartment for half a month, they still make you pay for it. Even if you are gone for an entire month, you still have to pay. Something not fair at all!! At other apartments they ask you the exact number of days you were at the apartment., to know how much you should pay. The room was cold, so the majority of the expenses goes on electricity. For the summer I think it is great, though. The 3 stars for the common areas is because I was the only one cleaning the apartment, even though the others made the mess.
