The property has been recently renovated and features a modern and welcoming style. Located in Paranhos, one of the most popular areas for students thanks to its proximity to several universities, the house also offers excellent transport connections and is just a short distance from the city centre. This bright and spacious home includes nine bedrooms, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms. There's also a lovely outdoor area and a terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying sunny days. Note: All rooms are private. For the double rooms (no. 1 and no. 8), if booked by one person only, the second bed will not be rented to anyone else.
