3 rooms in totalThis very comfortable and well-located apartment, part of a condominium with other student apartments, is the ideal place to quickly integrate into life in Porto! It is located in Paranhos, close to the Fernando Pessoa University and the University Campus, and surrounded by all the amenities you need to have a pleasant daily life, such as cafés, restaurants, banks, supermarkets. This apartment has a total of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. As you can see, this place has a mix of comfort and location. There's an outside area with a quiet patio - here you'll find a washing machine at your disposal. Visits are allowed according to the Owner's rules. There will be weekly visits which include preventive maintenance of the spaces. The security deposit 1 rent 50 must be paid on the day the contract is signed. The whole process is automatic and online.
