This recently refurbished, modern, airy and welcoming house is located in a quiet area of Ponte de Lima, just 30 minutes from the city of Braga. The accommodation is located on a plot shared with another villa, but with an independent entrance and parking space. The villa is single-storey, with only two steps inside the house separating the bedroom area from the living room. The house is fully equipped and furnished, ready to move into, so you don't have to incur any other expenses. The kitchen is equipped with everyday essentials such as a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, electric kettle and sandwich maker. The apartment also has a washing machine and a television with approximately 120 channels.
