Nuria is a serene studio with 1.5 bathrooms situated in an unparalleled 46 square meters spread inspired by the mountains. This neighborhood manages to keep a village-like ambiance and character in the middle of the city. With so much to see and so much to do, make sure you have the perfect home to come back to. This studio blends traditional with modern Parisian decor. Light from the sun-drenched balcony streams onto the double bed, which is separated from the living room by an artistic industrial-style grate. The bedroom area is complete with a closet for storage and rugs on either side of the bed. On the other side of the bed is the living room. Relax on the couch and enjoy the full entertainment system, or make use of the dedicated workstation to finish up some remote working duties. For days where it may be too cold to eat on the balcony, there is a table that seats two located right next to the window, so you can watch the city life go by from the comforts of the living room. The bathroom is split in two parts. The first bathroom has a washing machine, sink, and a shower, and the half bathroom features the toilet. Both locations are clean and chic in design. The kitchen has its own separate room and is fully kitted out and decorated stylishly. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
