Please note that you need to provide documents for you to be accepted by the landlord. The studio has a size of 22m2 (25m2 if you include the floor under the slanting roof) and is located on the highest (8th) floor with a lift. It comprises two modern windows which bring in loads of natural light to illuminate the studio. From both windows, you get an unblocked view of the famous Eiffel Tower. From the window on the right, you can also see horses training. The sofa is of a convertible premium quality. It easily transforms into a comfortable bed. Next to the sofa, there’s a makeshift closet (if required, the landlord can provide a better closet). The kitchen comprises two electric burners, a fridge, a microwave, and a sink with storage cabinets over and above it, filled with pots, pans, and cutlery. On the left of the kitchen, there’s another storage cabinet which can be handy along with the washing machine. On the right side of the kitchen, the door opens to the toilet with high-quality furnishings a classic WC, a sink, and a shower cabin. Added Advantage Alert → 20m from the studio, there’s a storage room of about 4m2 that be used to store your luggage, extra belongings, etc.
