There are 3 windows and 3 skylights, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, a private bathroom with shower, a sleeping area with a real double bed, a living area with sofa and coffee table and an eating /work table area. 20m2 , recently renovated and furnished . 1250/ month including all bills electricity, heating, water, building charges, taxes, internet, linens, and kitchenware. You just need to move in your clothes! Yearly Rentals preferred.
