Landlord will ask the tenant for a valid ID, an education certificate, a French bank account number that can be assigned later and a guarantor living and working in France. If you do not have a physical guarantor, we accept the Garant Me guarantee. Please note the deposit and admin fee needs to be transferred to landlord once the booking is paid on Uniplaces. For contracts less than 2 months, the landlord will request only a pre-authorisation of 250€ on Credit card. Also the monthly rent will be 40% more expensive with no admin fees. For contracts higher than 90 days the landlord charges 600€ admin fee and no changes affect the rent amount. Arrivals and departures only possible Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Furthermore, the tenant can have some occasional guests with no additional cost.IF you don't have a bank account in France we invite you to go directly to online banks such as the ones listed here: REVOLUT, WISE, or NIKEL. Furnished studio at Noisy-le-Grand (near the RER A train station). 120x200 cm bed (with duvet and pillow), storage and hanging space. Well-equipped kitchen area with fridge, microwave, removable hob, sink/basin and crockery. There is also a dining/study table with chair, and a modular table. Shower and toilet. Accommodation eligible for housing benefits from CAF (Family Allowance Fund). INCLUDED IN THE RENT: All charges (hot and cold water, electricity, heating, maintenance of communal areas) , Wi-Fi , Access to the 2,400 m2 shared areas of the building including a gym, numerous co-working spaces and shared kitchens.
