Please note, you must transfer the deposit (1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months / from 6 months above 2 months' rent) and admin fee (variable referred below and in the offer) to the landlord within 1 week once your request is confirmed through Uniplaces platform. Furthermore it’s mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents : ID / Passport/ Work contract/ University acceptance letter (if applicable)/ Recent paychecks/ Last tax declaration/ Guarantor documentation (ids or passports with recent payslips and proof of address (and/or rent receipt, certificate from your previous landlord, etc.)). Please also note the admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40% of 1 month's rent; 5-10 months is 60% of 1 month’s rent and staying 10 months or more is 75% of 1 month’s rent. The check in is possible only during weekdays from 10am until 3pm. CAF/APL accepted. Your landlord speaks: English, French, Korean. Payment method: bank transfer, credit card payment, automatic monthly payment. As per the French law a home insurance will be asked (at the latest upon check in), landlord can help you get it if needed. Exit inventory fee may apply for leases of less than one year (the amount is specified before the contract is signed). Your landlord does not live on the property.
