You can request it through the accommodation provider's dedicated assistance at an extra fee. - Admin fee 500 euros. - First Mandatory Cleaning The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the check-out in case there is no damage and/or bills usage excess. Contracts can be terminated with 90 days of early notice and no penalty. If the early notice is inferior the landlord has the right by law to ask for 90 days of rent. Overnight guests are allowed for max 2 nights.
