In the living room is a sofa with the possibility of becoming a double bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and coffee maker; it overlooks the airy living room with a large window. RENT CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental agreement. Condominium, Wi-Fi, water and contract fees are included in the monthly rent.
