Welcoming 1-bedroom flat in Portello

BOOKING CONDITIONS: - Before checking in, the deposit, final cleaning, and admin fee 500E must be paid entirely. - Upon check-in or, ideally, before the check-in, the tenant must sign the rental contract and accept the terms and conditions. - Maximum stay: 12 months renewable PRICE INCLUDES - Agency and registration fee. - Check-in/out during working hours Mon to Fri. - English speaking assistance - Contract registration tax VAT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE - Extra cleaning service possible upon request after the check-in - Check-in/out on weekends, holidays and late/early working hours is not included in the price. - For rentals longer than 1 months, it is necessary to have the Italian tax code "Italian codice fiscale". You can request it through the accommodation provider's dedicated assistance at an extra fee. - Admin fee 500 euros. - First Mandatory Cleaning The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the check-out in case there is no damage and/or bills usage excess. Contracts can be terminated with 90 days of early notice and no penalty. If the early notice is inferior the landlord has the right by law to ask for 90 days of rent. Overnight guests are allowed for max 2 nights.
