The apartment has a total of three bedrooms, a common bathroom and a kitchen. The bedrooms currently at your disposal are very comfortable, colourful and ideal for any student that wants to know what Milan is really about. The kitchen is modern and comes with the necessary appliances for a decent cooking experience.
FINAL BOOKING PROCEDURE:
- The one month payment that you will make via Uniplaces represents one third (1/3) of the deposit to be paid. This money will be transferred to the landlord by Uniplaces after you move in.
- The following fees and costs must be completed at least 1 week before entering the room.
a) Deposit: 2 months' rent (in addition to the month paid via Uniplaces)
b) First month's rent: paid on a pro-rata basis, depending on the days you live at the property (if you move in on the 20th of June, the first month's rent will be just 10 day's rent)
Bills cost is 50€ per month.
One month rent, plus bills as penalty if your booking ends either in July or August.
