Please note that the rent does NOT include the following costs: Signature and contract registration fee, in case of rentals to companies and in apartments that do not benefit from the Italian flat tax on rental income cedolare secca, the accommodation provider will request a contract registration fee which corresponds to 1 percent of the total booking value starting from 49.50 euros. Admin fee, it includes the first and final cleaning and new bed linen. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy. Please note that bills are included up to 3 euros per day from 15 April until 15 October up to 2 euros per day from 15 October until 15 April. Any exceeding balance will be charged upon check-out. We remind you that on the day of your arrival will be required to pay for the security deposit which must be done with credit card and it will be refunded within 72 working hours after the day of departure, if no damage is found in the property. The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 pm to 12am - 30 euros. From 12am to 8 am - 60 euros.
