The house is an old Milanese farmhouse that has always been called “La Barlasca.” It has been recently renovated and is located in a residential area called Borgo Porretta. In addition to the private garden, there is a park, a police station, a number of supermarkets, and other services. It is convenient for public transportation, with a bus stop just a few meters away that takes you to the Yellow metro line. At 600/800 meters, you have trams, buses, the F.S. and F.N.M. railways, and the Villapizzone passante, which is convenient if you are coming from the airports. If you have a car, you will be close to the highways and ring roads, and there is excellent free parking next to the house. If you prefer, you can ride your bike to Sempione Park, Castello Sforzesco, or even the Duomo in 15-20 minutes. The house has a furnished garden and barbecue. Bicycles are also available, for which you pay only a deposit, not a rental fee. The price includes: rent, condominium fees, periodic cleaning of the apartment and common areas, and an advance payment of €80 per person for all utilities, followed by an adjustment. The advance payment is generally sufficient to cover all utilities, but if you use the heating or air conditioning particularly intensively, you may have to pay an additional refund. Deposit: you will be asked to pay a deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of the lease. The costs for registering/closing the contract are €150. This price may decrease/vary depending on the type of contract. Optional costs on request: bed linen supply €25, room cleaning €15/hour. Final cleaning, if necessary, costs €15/hour.
